The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

What "Platform" means

"Platform" refers to the fa444 website (fa444.cam), all its subdomains, mobile versions and all associated services.

"User" or "Member"

"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the fa444 platform and is using its services.

"Account"

"Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile, through which they can access the platform's services.

"Bet" or "Gaming Activity"

"Bet" or "Gaming Activity" refers to all casino games, sports betting, slots, live casino and other gaming features available on the fa444 platform.

"Money" or "Balance"

"Money" or "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in a user's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old to register and use the fa444 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device or from the same IP address is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation of all accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Verification Process

fa444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in temporary account suspension.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is responsible for any activity that occurs on the account before such notification is made.

3.3 Password Change

It is recommended that you change your password regularly for security purposes. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount on the fa444 platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — applicable for all payment methods.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times) — meaning you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If fa444 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• VIP cashback and promotional bonuses may have separate terms — the terms of each offer apply individually.

5.4 VIP Program

The fa444 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier, with greater benefits applying at higher tiers.

5.5 Bonus Changes

fa444 reserves the right to modify, cancel or replace bonus terms at any time. The bonus program may change without prior notice.

6.1 Fair Play

fa444 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games are operated through verified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Gaming Results

All game results are completely random and no previous result influences any future result. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to loss of internet connection, server issues or other technical reasons, fa444 will take appropriate action. However, fa444 will not be liable for losses caused by issues with the user's own device or connection.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limit

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa444 platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
• Exploiting any bug or error in the gaming software

• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage

7.2 Money Laundering

Using the fa444 platform for money laundering or illegal financing is strictly prohibited. fa444 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

7.3 Third-Party Funds

Placing bets with another person's money or using a third party's payment method is prohibited. Each account must use only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

7.4 False Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or any other process is prohibited.

8.1 Actions by fa444

fa444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or refusal to provide documents for verification
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of being a minor

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, fa444 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and associated winnings in that account. A decision on the return of the original deposit (excluding bonuses) will be made on a case-by-case basis.

9.1 Gaming Losses

fa444 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming activities. Gaming is entirely a personal decision and carries financial risk — only wager an amount you can afford to lose.

9.2 Service Disruptions

Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or other reasons. No compensation will be applicable for this, however an attempt will be made to refund bets on games that were in progress.

9.3 Third-Party Services

fa444 is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party game providers and payment services integrated into the fa444 platform.
